Newhaven was originally a small harbour village and is now Edinburgh's latest up-and-coming residential area, reflected by the Scottish Executive choosing to relocate nearby at Victoria Quay. A frequent bus service (every 15 minutes) connects the Ocean Apartments to Edinburgh's city centre. We offer 50 apartments and they all are equipped with a bathroom with shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer, a TV, internet access, a radio, coffee making facilities and a balcony in some rooms. These spacious and stylishly furnished serviced apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen − spacious lounge, dining area and two bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request. Carefully selected facilities are available to make sure your stay with Ocean Apartments are comfortable and stress free. All Ocean Apartments are non-smoking and are well-appointed to ensure the comfort and convenience of guests, with comfy beds, TV and DVD player, WiFi access plus luxurious bath and powerful shower in the main bathroom. All linen and towels are provided and all apartments are serviced once a week. Unfortunately, we do not have a proper restaurant, but if you wish, we can recommend some good ones, which are situated nearby. Moreover, we provide a fully-equipped kitchen in each apartment and there is also grocery store available. Leith has undergone a huge regeneration and redevelopment in recent years and is now home to the Scottish Executive, Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal shopping and entertainment complex.
